HB Reavis engaged Axis to carry out the full Mechanical & Electrical works to the level 7 33 King William Street tenancy fitout. The works involved the complete Supply, Installation & commissioning of services to Level 7 in to two new tenanted areas whilst not impacting the fully occupied building. Works undertaken included sprinkler & fire modification, Underfloor power distribution, lighting upgrades and the FF&E installation. This was another fast paced fitout to allow the incoming tenants to have a fully functioning environment fully functional to ensure a seamless transition from day one of occupancy.
