Axis were appointed by Multiplex to design, supply and Install the Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health services for both Shell & Core, and also fit out for the Native Land residential development known as Holland Park Villas. The Site covered a large area Totaling approximately 270,000 sq ft, with Axis M&E UK Ltd Working in each area from August 2015 until completion in March 2018.
Holland Park Villas contains 68 Super prime residential apartments with an additional four penthouses spanning four Blocks. The communal areas have also been fitted out to provide the residents with basement parking, landscaped gardens, as well as a communal Cinema, spa with swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium and treatment rooms.
Axis delivered all aspects of the services throughout the project inclusive of interfacing with a new HV incoming supply, PV installation, emergency Power Infrastructure, full fabrication and commission of the Energy Centre & cooling plantrooms, management of the specialist contractors to deliver the high spec finishes and requirements for the new cinema, pool, spa & Super prime apartments.
The successful completion of the project also achieved the Code for Sustainable Homes rating of Level Four & Secure by design Grade 3 sign off .
