Scope: Design and Installation of the Electrical, Mechanical and public Health Services

This residential development comprising of a split 10 & 6 storey building creating 221 Luxury Apartments, together with a gymnasium and cinema space at Basement 2 level.

Axis M & E UK is responsible for the design, procurement and installation of all the mechanical, electrical & public health services that includes the shell and core plant located within the basement and roof plantrooms. The shell and core services consists of basement pumps, heat exchangers, air handling units, sprinkler tanks and cold water storage tanks LV switchgear & generator.

The riser installation consists of modularised LTHW, CHW,  hot, cold, soil, vent and rainwaters together with supply air and fire rated extract ductwork and the smoke extract system.

The roof plant consists of chillers, photovoltaics and TV satellite systems. The BMS system has control panels located in the basement and roof plantrooms with out-stations serving each riser.

Full life safety systems including fire alarm and disabled refuge system.
